Yes! We ship to 150+ countries. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 AUD.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at koyakibbim@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at koyakibbim@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What weight weighted blanket should I choose?
A general guideline is to choose a blanket that's around 10% of your body weight. For example, if you weigh 70kg, a 7kg (15 lbs) blanket is a good starting point.
Is the mouth tape safe to use?
Our mouth tape is made from medical-grade, skin-safe material. It's designed to gently encourage nasal breathing during sleep. If you have any respiratory conditions, please consult your doctor before use.
Does the white noise machine need Wi-Fi?
No! The white noise machine works as a standalone device. The Bluetooth speaker function is optional — you can use it with or without connecting to a device.
